ウォーキング（walking）
このままだと４０キロ台目標どころか、６０キロ台になりそうな勢いです。
母にも「太った！」と言われてしまった。
雨の合間を見計らって、ウォーキングへ。

実家の刺繍コーナー(The embroidery corner of the parents' house)
実家に戻り、やっと刺繍をセットしました。
さすがに120mm幅の丸棒は飛行機に持ち込めないので、こっちのホームセンターで買って作りました。

I was not able to bring the circle stick of the 120mm width into the airplane.
So I bought it in a home center and made it.
